  The Department of Culture will launch an OTT called "C Space" on November 1. Only 100 films have been registered on the platform so far.   The producers' concerns about the platform are to blame for the drop in the number of films. The Film Development Corporation (KSFDC), which manages the platform, is working to address all of these issues and improve screening facilities.   The OTT (Over The Top) platform developed by the state government's Department of Culture will go live on November 1. The OTT platform will be called "C Space" (C Space OTT App Kerala). Kerala is the first state in India to establish a government-run cinema entertainment system.   Following their theatrical release, movies will be available on OTT.   As a result of this system, there will be no revenue loss to the state's theatre industry, and every producer will always receive a share of the revenue.
